Your DNA collection kit will be handed to you in person or it will be mailed to you, your kit consists of a simple cheek swab. Return it in the pre-paid package, and the lab will perform a complete scientific analysis of your unique genotype.

Once I receive your report (which is typically 2 to 3 weeks from the time the lab receives your sample), I will notify you and we will schedule your consultation if you chose that option. During the consultation I will explain how your body is impacted by what you eat and how you exercise. 

If you chose the option of me creating a workout plan or macro workup I will tailor a plan with recommendation for food or workout based on your individual report.
